Our services.

  • Buyer Side - Contract to Close

    • Draft purchase agreement for agent review & electronic signatures

    •Check for compliance after ratification and email to all parties with summary introduction

    •Keep track of deadlines per the contract

    •Upload all disclosures, contract documents and addenda to Brokerage compliance platform

    •Work with Lender & Closers to ensure all requirements are met in a timely manner

    •Schedule closing date & walkthrough

  • Seller Side - Listing to Close

    •Draft listing documents, input into MLS & upload pictures

    •Check for compliance after offer ratification and email to all parties with intro email

    •Schedule any PICRA repairs & collect corresponding invoices

    •Keep track of deadlines per the contract

    •Upload all disclosures, contract documents and addenda to Brokerage compliance platform

    •Work with Lender & Closers to ensure all requirements are met in a timely manner

    •Schedule closing date & walkthrough

  • Offer Drafting

    •Agent texts or emails TC with offer terms, Buyer names, property address, etc.

    •TC shall draft all contract documents including REIN uploaded disclosures

    •Agent shall check for completion and compliance

    •TC shall tag & email for electronic signatures to clients

    OPTIONAL

    •TC sends offer email with TC intro to Listing Agent and copies Buyers Agent

  • For Teams

    •Coordinate paperwork between team members and team lead

    •Keep track of team commission splits & assist in tracking

    •Check all paperwork for compliance prior to final check by the Team Lead

    •Create and maintain templates within the MLS for the team
